I had a physio appointment in early December at Flowers hub. Prior to this, I have struggled with a heel pain for about half a year, and was very glad when the exercises given by Tom helped me to sort this out in just a couple of weeks! Tom examined my feet and explained the condition to me and then gave an exercise sheet. It was a short, evening appointment that really helped me. Thank you.
