"Inpatient at Leicester General Hospital"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

29th November 2021 on ward 23, then into theatre for a radical cystectomy. A couple of days in HDU then onto ward 26 for my recovery process. All, and I mean ALL staff were caring and compassionate (but firm) in teaching me how to deal with life with a urostomy, which is a very steep learning curve.

Thank you, Leicester General urology team for giving me my life back. You are brilliant.
