"Caring clinic always takes care of us"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Neurology (Brain, Spinal and Nerves)

(as the patient),

I go regularly to Neurology for injections and it is always a pleasant experience. The receptionist is welcoming and efficient. 

The receptionist and the headache nurse always make sure I have water after my injections even after the water fountain disappeared they managed to find me some water. Then one of them will call the patient transport for me to get home again. 

The doctor is very good at understanding my fear of needles and helps me though the process.
The staff in this department are very happy and they get on well together, they are very supportive of each other. 
This clinic is a pleasure, the clinic is always clean and warm and I look forward to my 3 monthly injections despite my long journey from Peterhead.
