(as the patient),

Having a severe fracture of the ankle, and being in a great deal of pain. Upon arriving in A&E the treatment and care I received was outstanding. Although the department was very busy my care was timely and soon pain free.

When moved to Glossop ward, which was full, my care was excellent for the duration of my stay!

My follow up appointment at the fracture clinic, was once again outstanding..
