"Amazing facility"

I couldn’t have asked or hoped for a better facility. The staff are extremely professional, kind, caring and they are invested in your progress to get better. Nothing is too much trouble for them. When their job is done and it’s time to move on you are then assisted into the next stage of your recovery by the staff. They are no soft-touch however and breaking any of the sensible rules is done at your own peril. They are responsible for people’s lives and will not tolerate any resident or indeed anybody doing anything to jeopardise this. And rightly so. I have nothing but gratitude for my treatment and the difference their help has made in my and my family’s life.
