(as the patient),

NHS Scotland website to book, reschedule and get directions to the COVID-19 booster centre in Kirkcaldy, Fife was informative and just what a website should offer to patients.  Top marks!  Staff at the centre this cold morning were SO GENUINE and FRIENDLY- army, hospital staff and volunteers.  The old M&S store in the High Street has been converted into this amazing clean brightly lit Vaccination Centre and the tinsel and electric fires have done wonders! Well done Team and thank you. Merry Christmas to all!

Thank you so much for your positive feedback concerning the M&S Vaccination Clinic at High street Kirkcaldy - it is very much appreciated and I have shared it with the staff who I know will be delighted that their efforts and noticed and valued.
