About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

Attended Saturday morning about 9am with suspected broken wrist . Seemless service . Staff so helpful and pleasant . Minor Injuries to X ray back to MI. Explanation of x rays …. Splint provided and awaiting orthopaedic reviews of x rays also . Hoping follow up is as good . Given the pressure the NHS is currently under the service was great !

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the Minor Injuries Unit and X-Ray Department of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

It was great to hear how the staff provided a timely service in both departments and an explanation of the X-Ray results was provided with the next steps now put in motion.

I hope your follow up appointment goes equally as well as this appointment did.
