"Kind staff"

About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I am partially disabled and 89 years old and I was taken by taxi to my appointment at the dermatology department to have a tumour removed from my back. The staff were very ethical in their approach and very professional towards me. They realised I had a disability and where very kind and considerate in their approach and throughout the procedure. I cannot thank the Staff Nurse David and the nurse who was german, enough for their kindness and lovely treatment throughout.

Thank you for your kind words.

It is great to hear you found us kind and considerate, although I would hope everyone you come into contact with in the N.H.S. would reflect these values.

I shall ensure Ildiko is aware of your praise.

Thanks again

David
