"Help is there you just need to take it"

I am an addict and I am writing today to tell u how good c.g.l is and has been for myself. i have been addict for 30yrs and started going to c.g.l.about 4 to 5 month ago, they are a great team i have started the fundación course and am learning so much about myself and my addiction for the frist time in my life. my recovery working, my meds are working for me this is amazing my life has changed. i have a life, I use bits from the fundation course to help my recovery and the meeting are fab the stuff the people in them are so nice and caring u could not get a better team i go in a meeting so stressed and come out so relaxed its brillante the woman Group amazing lovelay ladys who say how it is and with c.g.l wee have this like 30 yrs ive lost but now with fundación corsé Smart meeting womans Group and the blackbrun cafe it helps lots and lots of us need it for our recovery so thanks to c.g.l team that keeps us in recovery and thanks to the people XX
