Arrived on time, but had to wait for twenty minutes to see nurse. Reception staff were polite and on the ball and went to find out why i hadnt been called.
Nurse and trainee were efficient, polite and respectful of privacy. Examination and samples taken efficiently with care. I was happy with this and the information provided by the nurses.
Urine sample was taken very discreetly.
