"No call back, no help given"

About: St Lukes Primary Care Centre

15.12.21 I had call appointment with doctor. I have problem with bulging disc since 09.12.20, had operation (decompression and distectomy half of L4/L5 bulging disc) Yesterday I informed doctor that 09.12.21 I have had lumbar nerve root blockage injection but unfortunately it does not work as I am still in massive pain, cannot sleep. I informed that I passed to Surgery reception (14.12.21) letter from General Hospital in Leicester and I was told contact my GP ASAP if after injection I will not feel better. What I exactly did. Doctor could not see anything in the system, asked me if I cannot call by myself (sic!) to Leicester hospital. At the end doctor said that she is going to find my letter and will call me back. No call back at all! Because of you (all receptionist and doctors with who I had contact since 09.12.20) medical negligence and lack of help in continue I am jobless, in agony pain from more than 1 year! What a luck of empathy! Marta H

Hi Marta, it was good to talk to you earlier.

Your post contains a lot of personal information which it is not appropriate for me to reply to publicly. However, after our discussion it was clear to us that a large part of the challenges you were facing were down to the letter from the hospital and I am confident that we have been able to resolve this for you. Perhaps you would be kind enough to review the treatment you have received from the team during your consultations with us today.
