The problem are the Jokers in the office and management, this is why the NHS is knackered because of snowflakes such as this.when mistakes are made they try to turn it round the other way as if it's your fault and hide behind vivid, endless excuses and hollow apologies which mean nothing,as nobody wants to own up to the matter.care in the community is alive and well as they are working and I use that word guardedly in the management here.
