A huge shout-out for the kind and caring staff in A&E.

My daughter, who has terminal disease, is terrified of being sent to hospital but the kindness and understanding both the doctors, paramedics and nurses afforded her, was exceptional care. Even moving her to a quieter, safer area whilst awaiting a bed.

To the Doctor also who had the end of life conversation with us, giving her back control, was so gratifying.
