"We chatted throughout the procedure"

I was booked in for minor surgery and being someone who suffers from anxiety, I was extremely nervous about my appointment on the day.  I arrived on time and really didn't have too long before the nurse came to take me to the treatment room.  Her name was Jemma and she introduced both herself and her colleague, Hannah.  Both were amazing to say the least!!! I explained to Jemma that I was a bit nervous and immediately she reassured me and helped me to relax. The procedure itself was uncomfortable but they were great and Hannah actually offered to hold my hand when Jemma was carrying out the anaesthetic which I thought was such a lovely gesture and so sweet.  We chatted throughout the procedure and by the time I left I felt I had made a couple of new wee pals!! Please let them both know that I am so grateful to them for not only my treatment but for their kindness and for being so lovely.  I could not speak highly enough about them both.
