"Terrible waiting times and always blamed on COVID "

About: New Cross Hospital

Firstly, the lack of staff ,time management and overall service must not be blamed on COVID cases because it is simply untrue ..

This hospital needs a massive overall of its services ,care and staff shortages.

How can it be acceptable to wait 12 hours for treatment in A& E ? ,?

Waiting for altogether 15 hours for a simple blood test .

It is a shocking situation

I witnessed staff being uncaring and ignorant to patients .

I felt such sadness for the elderly and infirm who were clearly distressed with all the waiting around in rooms.

No water offered or tea unless you distracted a nurse ,whereby she would give you 'that look'

This service we pay for through a national insurance contributions ,how can this be right and justified ..?

If anyone out there needs to go to hospital please do not use this one .Travel elsewhere if possible -because this one is a complete and utter nightmare .
