(as a service user),

I went to ED due to a swollen and painful leg. Triage nurse saw me almost immediately and agreed that I needed to be seen While I waited 5 hrs to be seen the care I received was excellent. I has a suspected DVT. as arranged I had a call from hospital the next day and a scan was arranged. The care I received when having the scan and follow up was also very comprehensive and reassuring. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Hi can the emergency staff also be thanked for their care it was very good
