"Can’t fault this practice"

I absolutely am so grateful to the doctors at abbey grange medical practice.

Before Covid I had very trusted doctors there that I would see if me or my kids were ill.

During Covid they worked amazingly to change their systems quickly to ensure patients had access to appts over the phone.

Where we are now with Covid there is a great mix of telephone first appts then face to face if you need it. I love telephone first appts and think they work really well for both the practice and myself. With a busy life I can generally get most of my questions answered with a phone call which Is much more efficient than me travelling to the surgery.

They have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and supported both me and my daughter with our mental health and I am so grateful for the care I received.

Even my mum who lives a couple of hours away asked me to thank my doctor on her behalf for being such a great practice and looking after me and my kids so well.

GP’s get such a hard time sometimes but honestly, the ones I see at this practice genuinely care about their patients which is amazing and should definitely be celebrated.
