I was booked for an eye check for laser correction at16.30 11/12/2021 and received a phone call at 09.24 asking me if I could come in earlier because they had some cancellations.i managed to get to the hospital by 10.30 and was told to wait, after an hour was told I could not be seen until 13.00.the receptionist apologised but it still meant I had to hang around for an hour and a half.when I was eventually treated with laser it was very successful.
