Your Review: ENT appointment Saturday pm

The Consultant and staff were great. Taking time to listen and indeed joke with myself and my husband who had been allowed in to wait with me. I was supposed to be having a hearing test before seeing consultant but needed ear suctioning so more work for them. I apologised but was reassured it’s not a problem, often happens. Never once was I made to feel a nuisance for taking up more time. Being there fir a while I heard the Sister and how she was with patients not just in person but on the phone . She was simply lovely trying her best to help everyone.
