(as the patient),

I just want to thank the staff (midwives, Drs and Auxiliaries working in Maternity Services at Queen Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy) I was admitted antenataly, during the birth and postnataly and I could not fault the care or support I received. The midwives were all amazing, and do an incredible job despite being so short staffed due to the Covid situation. They really do not get enough pay or credit for the outstanding care and support they provide to birthers.

Dear Mum2019,

Congratulations on the birth of your baby, I am delighted to hear of your positive experience whilst in our care. I will personally feedback to the staff, you felt the care received was outstanding.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to compliment all of our staff. I appreciate having a baby is a busy time in your life.
