I recently submitted an EConsult on the King Street website after not needing to attend a GP for quite a few years. I was really impressed to receive a next day text response from the GP requesting some further information which I duly provided. I was then sent another text with an option of two appointment dates and times in the next two weeks. I duly went along to the Cater Street branch where the doctor asked me to attend though this is not my usual branch (normally St Johns). The poor receptionist was busy with a man shouting at her but remained calm. I waited for about 5 mins before the GP came out and collected me. She was lovely and friendly, did all the necessary and two days later I have confirmation of onward referral and tests. Brilliant service, couldn't ask for more. Thank you.
