"Repeat prescription"

The people at Whitehill surgery, Aylesbury,  don’t seem to care if you get your repeat prescription or not. I have now had every excuse from a/z. I also have heart failure and I do not need this worry. The company that supply my medical supplies have trouble getting a response and they also told the hospital that they haven’t received patient’s notes. They even told me they have never received a phone call about my heart. I feel the team is a joke. As regards to this surgery, I feel they need someone from nhs to look into this.
