"Micats apt, wasting my time"

I had previously attended Micats in Grey Friars Stafford, I had previously had X-rays on my fingers & was referred to see someone concerning arthritis in my fingers, at the time my pain was bearable but I was told I could have steroid injection if the pain got worse -  which it did. When I rang to see if I could see someone I was given an appointment, I was told it would be for an assessment for the steroid injection. 

When I attended my appointment I was told that they didn’t give injections in fingers & there was no way I would have been told this. 

The attitude of the person I saw made me feel degraded & stupid - why would I have made it up about the injection, she was very condescending in the way they spoke to me. 

My time was completely wasted & would not even consider going there again.
