"A very positive experience for my mother"

About: Downe Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as a relative),

Attended the Unit with my mother who was having Cataract surgery. She is very hard of hearing and feels vulnerable as a result but she was put at ease immediately by Emma. After the procedure Harriet explained all aftercare thoroughly before we left. Was a very positive experience for my mother and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
