My experience with Telford Stars has been a amazing one. Jazz has helped me mentally and emotionally in a way I never thought I would ever need. She helped me get through and I am still getting such a place I never knew was possible. My daughter has put me under enormous stress and I hadn't a clue how to deal with it. Jazz is a fantastic counciler and hugely will be forever in her debt. She learned me coping strategies, understanding all about addiction and to learn to step back . 100% amazing help.

Hi, thank you so much for your post. It's great to hear you have had such an "amazing" experience and have learned new skills. It can be so difficult when we are supporting loved ones through their troubles, as the impact to ourselves is often immense and damaging. It is such a positive step you took to access support, so well done you. I hope the skills you have learned are bearing fruit for you and your daughter.
