"Massive thank you!"

My 94 year old mother was admitted to the Memorial last Sunday with numerous health problems. The staff were absolutely brilliant with her and I was allowed to stay as she suffered with dementia. Every test imaginable was carried out and her dignity was respected at all times. A special thank you to one of the male nurses who put my mother at ease the whole time and even made her laugh on a couple of occasions. She was admitted to hospital from A&E and she is getting exactly the same treatment on the ward she is currently in. Many thanks to all who work for the NHS!
