"Excellent throughout!"

I have been having treatment at the Sleep Medicine Clinic for approximately 5 years. Over that time I have found them more than willing to help in whatever way they can. During the initial lockdown, being 79 and classed as vulnerable, they even taxied urgently needed equipment over to me in Wigan. When I had a problem with bleeding from an eye, they immediately spoke to the Sleep Medicine Consultant and my Heart Consultant, who rang me the same day. They changed my CPAP mask pillow to memory foam and then followed up on a regular basis to make sure everything was OK. Their telephone appointments during the pandemic have been both friendly and professional. Between I have been able to request spares parts for my equipment to be posted out. From Reception through to the Nurses, everyone has been most kind and considerate. They are always prepared to go the extra mile. This is surely a department to be proud of.
