"Above and beyond"

My husband has been very disabled for about a year.  Kath and other nurses have visited regularly to treat him and help him with dressings and provide very good care.  Kath has gone above and  beyond her duty, and helped him so much, with a treatment plan ,and assisted us to access various aids for his care and well-being.

She is caring and efficient, helped us both.  My husband is almost blind, hence my writing this report. We have been so relieved to have her help and assistance.
