"Appalling service "

Recently registered with my two children from a London practice. I have nothing positive to say! reception staff are rude and deliberately unhelpful! I will never understand why the felt it acceptable or appropriate to advise me to ring 111 to have a GP prescribe my daughter an asthma inhaler.

I’d love to critique the actual GP but I’ve been unable to secure an appointment despite ringing daily for two weeks solid!
