I visited the hospital on December the 2nd for a blood test, although the blood taking procedure itself seemed OK, my hand went red and black the size of a pound coin around the needle puncture. Even today, after 4 days, when I extend my arm fully, it pains. One may assume that a routine procedure such as a blood sample taking in a hospital such as QE II would have been done more safely and without causing such suffering
"Could have been better"
