"Smoking just outside east door"

About: Glenfield Hospital

I am very pleased to receive the ECG service provide today, right on time. My appointment was at 1:20 pm

However, I see a couple smoking right in the front of the entrance, the sign clearly said “ no smoking”. I pointed out to them about this, to my surprise, they ignored me. When I repeated my request, they showed me the black ground fitted dustbin.

I personally feel that, there should be a security camera, to catch people smoking, and should be heavily fined instantly, just the same way for people who break traffic rules.
