View this as helpful feedback rather than a complaint

I recently received a text message confirming an medical appointment which I immediately disputed.

The text said “Confirmation of appointment on ( date and late evening time given) at Waters Meeting”.

Luckily I know the Health Centre.

After considerable time and trouble I visited the surgery to gain clarification concerning the fact that this appt. was supposed to be a telephone consultation.

I was assured to my relief that it was in fact a telephone consultation.

Therefore in the mutual interest of both TRAINING and QUALITY purposes, will you please ensure that future texts are issued both Grammatically and Factually correct.

It could have resulted in an expensive and wasted taxi service, since only 2 out of the 3 buses necessary to make the trip actually run at around the time of the appt.

At this so called “ busy time” for surgery receptionists, getting it right first time is both efficient and time saving than getting it right the second time.

I hope you find this mutually beneficial
