Prompt, excellent service from the receptionist she went the extra mile.

Excellent, caring service from the person who took my mammogram.

Terrible parking problems. We are both disabled and couldn't t find anywhere to park . Eventually we found a space but with the bad weather and time ticking on we couldn't t see whether there were any restrictions. However, a consultant was stuck between two cars at a bad angle and I helped her get her car out in the sleet.

Unfortunately she told me it was a consultant only area but because we are both disabled and my appointment was very close we had to leave the car where it was.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Firstly, I apologise for the issues you had while parking, we are aware that parking can be an issue for patients attending our site.
