"Going backwards rather than progressing forward "

About: Princes Park Medical Ctr

I previously left a high review of thus medical practice because I really did think that tge changes made meant that there would be ongoing improvement. But in late September 2021 I organised a urine test and agreed that the results would be sent to my urology consultant at

K. C. H London as I needed the results to show that I was clear of any infection prior to a post prostate cancer treatment. However yet again despite assurances the results were definitely not sent to my consultant in London. This resulted in my planned day surgery procedure being postponed by three hours whilst the required test was undertaken at the hospital. I have to say that the previous staff at Princess Park Medical Centre failed repeatedly to communicate with the hospital in London and it appears that thus seems to be the normal procedure that G.P surgeries and clinics in Medway have some sort of problem with communicating with other hospitals and clinics outside of their district. I thought that the NHS was a national organisation so why don't they communicate with others. This is in my honest opinion a severe backward step and is undoing all the other improvements that have been made. Sorry but in the words of teachers "must do better*
