"Still awaiting treatment"

I went in to get treatment for my warts and did a swab which came back saying I’ve got chlamydia I’ve waited over a week from finding out to received treatment and I have been told a number of times I will be able to get it from the clinic but every time I go in there isn’t a doctor available to give me a prescription so I contacted my own GP but they need proof of my result to be able to issue me with a prescription. I rang the clinic asking for this to be sent over but they have failed to do this or even tell me a date of when I can receive the treatment
