I have not had a great experience with the nhs gynocology department in Birmingham so I had no faith when visiting the breast surgery today. Can I just say how amazing the staff are in the breast surgery. This is the first time I’ve had an appointment and I’ve been satisfied. Every single staff member was friendly, from the nurse, the radiology staff, and people in between. This is the first time I’ve came across sincere genuine staff who do actually care. I was listened to, respected, and I was checked out throughly via the radiology department.. I could not be happier and more relieved. The staff at Solihull hospital breast surgery clinic are one of a kind. I wish I could say the same about Birmingham women’s out patience department, they really are diabolical.
