I was taken by ambulance to Good Hope Hospital for a complete assessment having experienced chest pain over three days. I was very grateful for the cheerful and attentive care I received from all staff; Doctors, Nurses, Radiology and Porters were all pleasant, calm and helpful throughout my several hours in A&E. A demonstration of professionalism at its best at what must be a tough time for staff. Thank you very, vey much.

I totally agree with you, although I appreciate the NHS is currently under pressure, it does offer a fabulous service. I am pleased to read that you felt that your treatment was kind, friendly and professional and it will be my pleasure to ensure your feedback is highlighted to the senior management team.
