(as a parent/guardian),

My child fell last night and injured their ankle.  Great advice from NHS 24 both last night and this morning.  Waited 2 hours at Wishaw to be seen by Minor Injuries, exceeding our expectations given the current pressures on the service.  Attending staff member, Michelle, was brilliant; very soft, caring and kind approach which instantly put them at ease.  Please pass on our thanks
