My appointment was made a month ago for 03/12/21 and I've been waiting patiently to discuss ongoing issues which need addressing.
Yesterday a msg came through saying the appt had been moved forward a day to 01/12- I hadn't asked for it, I was ok with the Friday appt due to availability so I could have been at work, out/ driving, trying to lead a normal life with this excruciating pain which I'm supposed to believe is normal.
But no, it had been changed and the Doc rang at 07:35am - I couldn't reach my phone on time so all I got was a voicemail saying I'd missed the call and that I'd have to rearrange for another time. Try moving fast in the morning when your muscles are in spasm and your nerves are screaming in pain.
I feel helpless, I can't do the whole 1 or 2 drama where you ring at 8am and wait for reception to answer or call back only to be told that there's no appts available.
At this point this is my 3rd or 4th review of this surgery. I've had enough.
