Called on Monday for an appointment to speak to a doctor. On hold for over 2 hours, only moved from position 30 to 16 in that time. Gave up in the end. Have tried again this morning at 8:30 on the dot, started as position 3, an hour later and I've been stuck at position 1 for the last 45 mins. What has someone got to do to get an appointment to speak with their doctor because you ringing them sure doesn't seem to be the answer!
