It is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone at the Greenfield Centre. Noone ever rings back when they say they will and you end up on hold for hours. I know it is likely underfunded and understaffed but it's so frustrating for anyone struggling with mental health or trying to sort out medications.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, we do appreciate that it is frustrating for our service users when they are unable to contact us by phone and we are sorry that you have had this experience. This is in part due to some technical difficulties with our current system which we are attempting to resolve. There is an ongoing piece of work to look at how we can both change and update our systems and also improve how we manage our phone enquires to ensure that we can respond to your calls promptly and efficiently. We would also like to apologise to you for any return calls that have not occurred as expected. We are hoping to have a much improved system in place early in the new year.
