I have been having a difficult time with a number of rare autoimmune conditions. I have been looked after by two GPs who, during Covid, have regularly called me to see how I am doing and make helpful suggestions to help with my care. After each hospital appointment they check in with me to see what happened. I have been amazed at how proactive, kind and considerate the GPs have been. HGP is brilliant!
