"Useless surgery "

To book at an appointment here you have to call at 8am every single time I call at 8am on the dot there’s not a single appointment available each time I’m given a link to an e consultation which then tells me to call my surgery back as the symptoms are severe.

I call back and they refuse to give an appointment telling me to call 111 and sit waiting for 4hours plus. This happens each time.

I’ve had sick children and they never have a appointment available and refuse to book for another day.

I’m expected to call on the day at 8am which I do and get an appointment on that same day and each time there’s nothing available even though I call in first.

There’s been times where they’ve even cut me off.

By far the worst doctors I’ve come across and the receptionists are extremely rude and useless.

They have three branches and it’s the same at each surgery.

They are meant to help sick patients I don’t understand what there sat there for. Literally to pick up the phone and so no appointments available call back tomorrow at 8am and repeat that sentence every day.

I rang for a week straight at 8am on the dot I can’t ring any earlier and still they refused to help.

And when I do that it’s a repeat of the same thing.

If you register with this doctor expect nothing no help no appointments.

To sum it up this surgery is completely useless. They should just shut down won’t make any difference.

They don’t help sick patients.
