My staff at Forth Valley hospital was by David, Lynda and Sara.
I was receiving a biopsy for skin cancer.
The head nurse was David.
Assisted by the lovely Lynda and Sara (who was training).
David immediately put me at ease.
Chatting throughout the procedure and even having a bit of good natured banter about football.
David claims to be a Stirling Albion fan and that's torture enough for anybody.
My own team have just drawn them in the Scottish Cup, so obviously I hope his team gets pumped. 😂
Seriously though.
The service I received was perfect.
In and out quickly.
Everything was very clearly explained and I knew what was going on at every stage.
Lynda and Sara were lovely people, who couldn't do enough for me.
All in all.
A very relaxed appointment, in a situation that could have been quite stressful.
