Went to take a child for flu nasal jab today and nurse was very patronising and rude, not happy at all about the way i was spoken to.

I am sorry you felt that way it is not how we want our patients to feel. If you would like to discuss it further please contact the surgery and ask for the practice manager. Thank you.
