"Urology Department"

I am writing on behalf of my elderly father in law, who visited your Urology department at Maidstone Trust yesterday afternoon. The professionalism and caring manner my father in law received was exemplary, right across the board from the Covid greeters at the main entrance, through to the reception team, nurses and doctors in the Urology Department. We needed some pharmaceutical support following the consultation, which was professionally and caringly given by the helpful & supportive pharmacy staff. It was a wonderful, gratefully appreciated Health care experience for an elderly gentleman and his wife.

It is even more impressive given the challenging times and environment the NHS Trusts have to operate within currently. So please accept our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to everyone who helped this elderly couple in their time of need.
