About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a parent/guardian),

My child was unresponsive @ home on Sunday morning due to a hypoglycaemic episode related to diabetes. The quick response, action, treatment and support given to my husband & child by the Bonnyrigg paramedic crew was excellent. Unfortunately I wasn’t home at the time and I just want to say Thank You for saving my sons life. 

Please could you locate the ambulance crew and give them this feed back. 

One eternally grateful mum .

I cannot begin to imagine how stressful and worrying this situation must have been for your family when your son became ill.

I am so pleased our crew were there quickly to provide support and treatment and I am delighted you have taken the time to thank our staff, This will really mean a lot to them.
