"Professional and Caring"

The whole team work together to provide a caring and reassuring service despite time and resource pressures. They always see you as a person and focus on you: from the person answering the phone to the clinical staff providing the treatment/advice. If you really need help they will always find time for you and I have always found they offer one to one appointments whenever it is appropriate. It is frustrating and stressful having to ring and ring to get through on the phone - but the staff listen carefully to your needs and I have always had confidence in the way they deal with my needs. Everyone has had to compromise during this difficult time, but I feel that my GP practice will not let me down if I need them. I think the way the practice relates to patients as partners helps us to manage our own health and in turn patients are more likely to use their services responsibly. The clinician I met last week was friendly, warm, reassuring and professional. I left knowing my symptoms had been properly assessed, happy that there was nothing serious, and confident to go back if it does not clear up.
