"Constant Cancelled Neuroligy Appointments "

Referred to KGH Neuroligy in Feb 2021

Eventually got to see Neurologist on the 21 May 21. Neurologist ordered Full Spine & Brain MRI.

These was completed on the 24th May 21.

My reason for making this review is to highlight my disgraceful way below standard experience.

Since May 21 appointment and Scans I am yet to see a Neurologist for them to update me on my MRI scans and bloods.????

I was due originally to see a Neurologist in August (cancelled) then in December (cancelled) and to really really top off an awful experience so far my new appointment has been set at the 4th May 2022 which is totally unacceptable.

Constantly getting slung to the back of the queue.

Let me ask you how do you think it feels when you can’t get to discuss what possibly could be happening to you and your condition is degenerating and so is my quality of life.

I’m not looking for preferential treatment I’m prepared to wait for my appointments but to spend months after tests not knowing anything is totally out of order I wouldn’t treat an animal like it.

All I want is either a letter or phone call to advise me of the scans / blood tests findings

Can’t even get hold of a secretary to ask for some help never answer phone.

Ahhhhh So Awful
