Please try called and waited in the que system from opening time 8am untill got threw at 8.30.asked can I have an appointment today please. Was met with attitude straight away from a rude receptionist l, said there's no appointments so no you cant and when enquired how they could all be gone already, do they have emergency, abruptly shouted out with rude sarcastic tone ' well it is Monday morning' and if its emergency you 'need' to go urgent care... Well I have a disabled child with a chest infection waited all Weekend in pain for an appointment to se his dr. What's the point in Dr's? Was relucently given a phone call appointment for next day but time can't be given, generally get one ring them appointment dismissed

Thank you for adding feedback for the Practice. It would be helpful to receive dissatisfaction or compliments directly to the Practice also, so that we may act upon them to improve services. We will discuss this complaint with the team as we don't expect any of our staff to be rude. We are really sorry you've not been able to get an appointment when requested. As I'm sure you appreciate we are extremely busy at these unprecedented times. We will always try and help our patients to another service if were able to offer an appointment at that time.
